Return Policy

You can call 1-800-949-2204 or email customerservice@mybath.biz and a MyBath.biz customer service member will answer any questions regarding your MyBath.biz purchases, delivery, and/or installation support.

If you would like to return your MyBath.biz purchase, just return it within 7 days after you receive it for a merchandise credit or exchange.
