MyBath.biz Steam Shower Units - Limited Warranty is a 7 year parts warranty covering all manufacturing and material defects including electrical wiring, heating units, and control panels. Steam Shower Unit parts that become defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced. MyBath.biz is not responsible for routine maintenance, servicing or electrical alterations to the Steam Shower Unit's controls.

Glass Sink Vanity - 1-10 Years

MyBath.biz Glass Sink Vanities come with a 10 year limited glass sink replacement warranty and a 1 year limited parts, wall-mount, and cabinet replacement warranty. This means, your MyBath.biz Glass Sink Vanity will remain free of material and workmanship defects during normal home use. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining or alkaline etching, of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. In no event shall the responsibility of MyBath.biz Glass Sink Vanity's 10 year limited glass sink replacement warranty and a 1 year limited parts, wall-mount, and cabinet replacement warranty exceed the purchase price of the product.

Hot Tubs - 1-10 Years

MyBath.biz Hot Tubs come with a 10 year no leak shell, 7 year shell surface, 2 year plumbing & control parts, 2 year skirt, 1 year electrical parts, 5 year cabinets, 5 year jets, and 2 year other parts (e.g. Ozone Sterilization System, LED Lights, Waterfall, CD Player, Speakers, LCD TV, Stools, and so forth) Limited Warranty.

Hot Tub Enclosures 10 Years

MyBath.biz Hot Tub Enclosures come with a 10 year limited structural warranty. Normal wear and tear, exterior fading, ground settling, and aging common in outdoor products exposed to the elements is not covered. The following conditions are not considered defects as they are the nature of wood: small cracks, knots and splinters, shrinking and swelling slightly with changes in moisture, and variations in color and grain.

Whirlpool Bathtubs - 5 Years

MyBath.biz Whirlpool Bathtubs come with a 5 year limited parts warranty covering all manufacturing and material defects including electrical wiring, heating units, and control panels. Whirlpool Bathtub parts that become defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced. MyBath.biz is not responsible for routine maintenance, servicing or electrical alterations to the Whirlpool Bathtubs controls.

Acrylic Bathtubs - 10 Years

MyBath.biz Acrylic Bathtubs come with a 10 year limited parts warranty covering manufacturing and material defects including acrylic and other parts. Acrylic Bathtub parts that become defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced. MyBath.biz is not responsible for routine maintenance, servicing or standard use of the Acrylic Bathtubs.

Showerheads - 10 Years

MyBath.biz Showerheads come with a 10-Year Limited Warranty against material defects, including clogging from mineral deposits.

Shower Wall Panels - 5 Years

MyBath.biz Shower Wall Panels come with a 5 year limited parts warranty covering all manufacturing and material defects. MyBath.biz Shower Wall Panel parts that become defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced.

MyBath.biz Carbon Fiber Infrared Saunas come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for Wood, Controls, and Heaters. A 5 Year Limited Warranty for Commercial Use of MyBath.biz Carbon Fiber Infrared Saunas. And a 1 Year Limited Warranty for CD Player/TV/DVD/Radio/Speakers/Other Accessories.

Pedicure Massage Chairs - 1-3 Years

MyBath.biz Pedicure Massage Chairs come with a 3 year limited spa shell warranty, 1 year limited whirlpool pump warranty, 1 year limited jets warranty, and 1 year limited parts and electrical components warranty. The following conditions are excluded: staining, fading, or discoloration of footbath or chair due to natural wear and tear, improper water additives, harmful chemicals, or harmful cleaning agents.

Vichy Shower, Tub, & Table- 1- 3 Years

MyBath.biz Vichy Shower, Tub, & Table come with a 3 year limited spa shell warranty, 1 year limited jets warranty, and a 1 year limited parts, pumps, and electrical warranty.

What You Need to File a MyBath.biz - Limited Warranty Claim:

You will receive a warranty card with your purchase. Simply complete the warranty card and return it back to us within 30 days to activate your warranty. To then file a MyBath.biz Limited Warranty Claim, you need your MyBath.biz Sale Invoice, Plumber/Electrician Receipt(s), and Picture of Broken Part. If for any reason you do not receive a warranty card with your product, you must notify us of this within 7 days after delivery of your product. We'll then send you a replacement copy of your warranty card that must be returned within 30 days after receiving it to activate your warranty.

How to File a MyBath.biz - Limited Warranty Claim:

Simply email MyBath.biz a photo of the broken part, a copy of your licensed plumber/electrician sales receipt, and a copy of your MyBath.biz Sales Invoice to claims@mybath.biz

Once all required papers are received, MyBath.biz will send you the replacement by mail. All you pay for is the shipping and labor cost. Please note you may be required to ship the malfunctioning part/unit back to Mybath.biz before we can replace the part.

MyBath.biz - Limited Warranty Exclusions:

MyBath.biz - Limited Warranty,

• Does not include labor or shipping.
• Does not include routine maintenance, servicing or electrical alterations.
• Does not apply when the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered, receives improper maintenance, acts of God, or damaged through accident or abuse.
• Only applies when installation and service is performed by licensed qualified plumbers/electrician. Installation or service by unqualified persons voids the warranty.
• Only good for original purchaser. If the original MyBath.biz product purchaser gives/sells the MyBath.biz product to someone else, the MyBath.biz Limited Warranty is void.
• Is void if the MyBath.biz product is not used within 6 months of delivery.

Not Covered by Glass Sink Vanity - Limited Warranty

Thermal Shock

Temperature changes of greater than 70 degrees F between glass sink temperature and water are not recommended. All glass sinks are vulnerable to thermal shock. To prevent fracturing, set your water heater to a temperature between 120 and 130 degrees F. A good rule of thumb is to use water temperatures comfortable for you as it will also be comfortable for your sink.

Improper Installation

Over tightening of drain assembly and insufficient support of glass sink. Glass sinks should be hand tightened only.

Miuses

Heavy objects such as steel or glass dropped into your glass sink, or any heavy impact before or after installation, can result in damage and breakage. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void this warranty. An improperly seated drain will void this warranty.

MyBath.biz - Limited Warranty Disputes

Any lawsuit alleging breach of this limited MyBath.biz warranty shall be commenced within 90 business days from the date of breach. MyBath.biz is not liable for the loss of use of the MyBath.biz product or other incidental or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall MyBath.biz or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any persons or damages to any properties.

MyBath.biz can ship commonly replaced parts within 2 business days once proper documentation is completed. In the rare circumstance a MyBath.biz part is not in stock, it may take 6-8 weeks to receive the replacement part.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
